1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide you with a meaningful, personalized, and secure experience.  The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services.  We may collect:

1.1. Information You Provide to Us
1.1.1. Account and Profile InformationWhen you create an account or register, we collect your name, email address, and password (or data from your Apple or Google account if you use those to sign in).

1.1.2. User-Generated Content
We collect the information you enter into the app, such as journal entries, manifestations, intentions, dreams, synchronicities, gratitude reflections, and any images or media you choose to upload. This information is private to you and is encrypted in transit and at rest.  Note that this information is not “protected health information” under HIPAA because we are not a healthcare provider or health plan and the Services are not medical care.

‍1.1.3. Communications
If you contact us directly (for support, feedback, or questions), we collect your name, email, and any message content or attachments you provide.
SMS Text Messaging Communications:
By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Quantum Body regarding customer support and account-related communications. Consent is not a condition of purchase.  Message frequency varies.  Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance or contact us at 2164093758 or info@quantumbody.io.  We do not share your mobile opt-in information with 3rd parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent data are not shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

1.1.4. Physical Attribute Information
You may choose to provide certain physical attribute information, such as:  height, weight, age, date of birth, and/or gender, or other similar information you choose to enter.  We use these data points to help tailor your experience (for example, recommending suitable practices, programs, or intensity levels).
We do not collect or use biometric identifiers (such as  facial scans or voiceprints) to identify you.

When you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we collect your email address.

1.2. Information Collected Automatically
When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

1.2.1. Device and Usage Data:  Information such as IP address, device type, operating system, app version, time zone, and log data (e.g., app features used, session duration, and crash reports).

1.2.2. Cookies and Similar Technologies: On our website, we use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, support marketing and advertising, and understand usage patterns.  You can usually configure your browser to block or delete cookies. However, some features of the Services may not function properly without them.

1.3. Information From Third Parties
We may receive limited data from third-party tools integrated with our Services, including database service-related information, subscription and purchasing management-related information , web analytics-related information, and AI tool-related information.  
We do not sell or trade your personal data. All in-app purchases are processed securely through Apple or Google’s payment systems.  We do not store your full payment card number or security code.  We may receive limited information related to your transaction (e.g., the last four digits of your card, card type, and transaction status) to maintain your subscription and records.

We use the information we collect for purposes such as:
• Providing and Personalizing Services: To enable app functionality, store your entries, and tailor experiences.
• Improving Our Offerings: To understand usage trends, optimize design, and develop new features.
• Communicating with You: To send administrative emails, respond to support requests, and share updates or educational content.
• Marketing: With your consent, where required by law, we  send newsletters or relevant updates about new features and offerings.  You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.
• Compliance and Security: To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
• Model Training:  To train models to better personalize your experience.  Where possible, we use aggregated or de-identified information for these purposes. You may request that we stop using your personal information (information that reasonably identifies you) to train our AI models, as described in the “Your Rights and Choices” section below. We may continue to use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for money. We may share information as follows:
• Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party partners who process data on our behalf in accordance with strict privacy safeguards.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quantum Body, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

• Correction:  Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion:  Request that we delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions.
• Withdrawal of Consent:  Opt out of targeted advertising and certain disclosures that could be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under applicable law.
• AI and Model Training Choices: You may request that we stop using your personal information to train or improve our AI models. To do so, please contact us at info@quantumbody.io. We may continue to use aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked back to you.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at info@quantumbody.io.  We may need to verify your identity before processing your request, and you may also be able to use in-app or account settings to exercise certain choices.

State  Privacy Rights (Including California)
Certain U.S. state laws, including those in California, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, provide residents with specific rights regarding their personal information.  Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you;
• Request deletion or correction of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and certain types of targeted advertising;
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.Quantum Body does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.  We also do not use your wellness journal entries or other wellbeing information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. International Data Transfers
Quantum Body LLC is based in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those of your country. We take measures to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.Upon verified deletion requests, we will permanently remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal, regulatory, and backup retention requirements. Backup systems may retain limited data for a short period before complete deletion.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards—including encryption, access controls, and secure storage—to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Children’s Privacy
Quantum Body is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@quantumbody.io so we can take appropriate action.
